The frequency of violations has increased in Shabwah since Muhammad Saleh bin Adio became a governor.
These escalating violations against the people of Shabwah by the forces of Shabwa governor, which part of them came from Marib, where executions, killings, arrests, torture, and enforced disappearances were carried out against the people of the province.
Salem Muhammad Khamis BaYoussef, from “Jardan district” in Shabwah governorate, who is a member of the Shabwani Elite Forces, went to buy Eid clothes from Ataq on July 23, 2020, and was kidnapped at its eastern entrance by Shabwah governor’s forces, and from that day his father is looking for him in all security facilities, where they still deny his existence.
We condemn the Governor of Shabwah personally the life of the forcibly disappeared Salem Muhammad Khamis and demand that he release him.
تزايدت وتيرة الإنتهاكات في شبوه منذ تولي محمد صالح بن عديو محافظا لها التي تمارس بحق المواطنين واصحاب الرأي ومن يخالف سلطة محافظ شبوه ذات التوجه الحزبي/جماعة الإخوان
هذه الانتهاكات المتصاعدة بحق ابناء شبوه من قبل قوات محافظ شبوه والتي جزءا منها قدمت من مأرب، حيث نفذت عمليات إعدام وقتل واعتقالات والتعذيب والاخفاء القسري بحق أبناء المحافظة
المواطن "سالم محمد خميس بايوسف من ابناء مديرية "جردان" بمحافظة شبوه من منتسبي قوات النخبة الشبوانية ذهب ليشتري ملابس العيد من عتق في 23يوليو 2020 وتم اختطافه من مدخلها الشرقي من قبل قوات محافظ شبوه ,ومن يومها ووالده يبحث ويتابع عنه بجميع الجهات والمرافق الامنية والتي ما زالوا ينفوا وجوده .
ندين ونحمل محافظ شبوه شخصيا حياة المخفي قسرا سالم محمد خميس ونطالبه بأطلاق سراحة.
