SIG for the Defense of Human Rights condemns the arrest and torture of the citizen Abdul-Malik Al-Sanabani to death by a military point belonging to the Tor Al-Baha sector of the 9th Saiqa Brigade in the Lahj governorate.
Where the southern group learned that the victim had nothing to do with the accusations received, which were issued after he was tortured to death, and which included accusations of belonging to the Houthi militias and possession of money.
It was confirmed by our close sources to the victim that he had no relationship with Al-Houthi and that he owned an amount of 18 thousand dollars, private money, like any expatriate who comes after years of travel.
Accordingly, the Southern Independent Group for the Defense of Human Rights condemns these violations - the crimes – and demands those concerned investigate the incident and refer those who committed this crime to take their just punishment. The Southern Group also holds the concerned parties responsible in the event of failure to take the necessary and deterrent measures.
تدين #المجموعة_الجنوبية_المستقلة للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان ما تعرض له المواطن عبدالملك السنباني من اعتقال وتعذيب حتى الموت من قبل نقطة عسكرية تابعة لقطاع طور الباحة التابع للواء التاسع صاعقة في محافظة #لحج .
حيث علمت المجموعة الجنوبية ان المجني عليه لاعلاقة له بالاتهامات الواردة والتي اصدرت بعد تعذيبه حتى الموت، والتي اوردت اتهامات بالانتماء لمشليات الحوثي وحيازة اموال، حيث تم التأكد من مصادرنا المقربة من المجني عليه لم تكن تربطه علاقة بالحوثي وانه كان بحوزته مبلغ 18 الف دولار اموال خاصة كاي مغترب يأتي بعد سنوات من السفر.
وعليه فالمجموعة الجنوبية المستقلة للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان تدين هذه الإنتهاكات- الجرائم- و تطالب المعنيين بالتحقيق بالحادثة وإحالة من ارتكبوا هذه الجريمة ليأخذوا جزائهم العادل كما تحمل المجموعة الجنوبية المعنيين المسؤلية في حال التخاذل عن اتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة والرادعة.
