Thabet Abdullah Al-Khulaifi, a member of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council / Shabwa was kidnapped in Sunday evening , February 14, 2021.
the Forces affiliated with Shabwa governor have kidnapped Thabet Abdullah Al-Khulaifi, and was taken to an unknown destination.
Thabit Abdullah Al-Khulaifi is the brother of the martyr Ahmed Abdullah Al-Khulaifi, one of the members of the Shabwani Elite, who was killed in the terrorist attack on the Nokhan checkpoint.
Unfortunately, since the control of the forces and militias of the Yemeni islah Party, affiliated with the Shabwa governor , "Muhammad Saleh bin Adi, they have practiced numerous violations, including killing, kidnapping, enforced disappearance, illegal arrests, and torture of detainees , We hold the governor of Shabwa governorate, and the legitimacy presidency fully responsible for all violations, crimes and kidnappings that were challenged in Shabwa.

اختطاف ثابت عبدالله الخليفي عضو القيادة المحلية للمجلس الإنتقالي الجنوبي /شبوه
في وقت متاخر من مساء اليوم الأحد تاريخ 14 فبراير 2021م، قامت قوات تابعة لمحافظ شبوه باختطاف ثابت عبدالله الخليفي عضو القيادة المحلية للمجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي واقتيادة إلى جهة مجهولة ،وثابت عبدالله الخليفي هو شقيق الشهيد احمد عبدالله الخليفي أحد منتسبي النخبة الشبوانية والذي استشهد إثر الهجوم الإرهابي على نقطة نوخان.
وللاسف أنه ومنذ سيطرة قوات وميليشيات حزب الاصلاح اليمني التابعه لمحافظ شبوه "محمد صالح بن عديو" مارسوا انتهاكات عده بين قتل، واختطاف واخفاء قسري واعتقالات غير قانونية،وتعذيب للمعتقلين ،ونحمل محافظ محافظة شبوة" ورئاسة الشرعية وحكومتها المسؤولية الكاملة تجاه كافة الإنتهاكات والجرائم ولاختطافات التي تحدت في شبوه .
