The SIG condemned the bombing of civilians in the city of Dali by the Houthi militia, as these militias launched this morning Sunday, December 29, 2019, the bombing of the Al-Samoud Stadium, a civilian sports stadium located in the middle of the civilian neighborhoods of the city of Dale’a , where seven people were killed, including 3 children and wounded thirty Others are all civilians.
A military parade of new soldiers had already been held in the same stadium on the occasion of the end of their training session, but after the show ended and only a number of young men and children remained, the Houthi forces bombed them with a Doshka missile.
We in the independent southern group consider this attack a crime against humanity, as international law criminalizes it for targeting civilians, adding that the place does not constitute any military threat.
The SIG calls on the United Nations and international organizations to condemn this crime and bring the perpetrators to justice so that they can be fairly entitled to their crimes against civilians .
تدين المجموعة الجنوبية المستقلة الجريمة البشعة التي تضاف الى جرائم المليشيات الحوثية، حيث اقدمت تلك المليشيات صباح اليوم الاحد ٢٩ ديسمبر ٢٠١٩م على قصف ملعب الصمود، وهو ملعب رياضي مدني يقع في وسط الاحياء المدنية لمدينة الضالع. نتج عن القصف العشوائي قتل سبعة افراد منهم ٣ اطفال وجرح ثلاثين اخرين جميعهم من المدنيين. وقد سبق ان اقيم في نفس الملعب عرض عسكري لجنود مستجدين بمناسبة انتهاء دورتهم التدريبية، الا انه بعد ان انتهى العرض ولم يتبقى الا عدد من شباب المدينة واطفالها، اقدمت القوات الحوثية على قصفهم بقذيفة دوتشكا.
نحن في المجموعة الجنوبية المستقلة نعتبر هذا الاعتداء جريمة ضد الإنسانية،حيث ان القانون الدولي يجرمها كونها تستهدف مدنيين، أضافه الى ان المكان لا يشكل اي خطر عسكري.
تدعو المجموعة الجنوبية المستقلة الأمم المتحدة و المنظمات الدولية الى شجب وإدانة هذه الجريمة النكراء وتقديم مرتكبيها إلى المحاكمة لينالو جزاهم العادل بحق ما ارتكبوا من جرائم بحق المدنيين
