Within the participation of the Southern Independent Group (SIG) in the sessions of the Human Rights Council, the delegation of the group presented its work in the third week of the 52nd session of the Human Rights Participation 2023 held in Geneva.
The group holds several meetings and seminars during the session with several ambassadors and representatives of countries and international organizations, during which it reviews reports on the violations committed by the Houthi militia in northern Yemen and the humanitarian situation experienced by the residents of the southern governorates. On freedoms and monitoring violations against civilians, journalists, and all segments of society.
وفد المجموعة الجنوبية المستقلة يشارك في الدورة الـ 52 لمجلس حقوق الانسان

ضمن اطار المشاركة المستمرة للمجموعة الجنوبية المستقلة SIG في دوارات مجلس حقوق الانسان ، يواصل وفد المجموعة أعماله في الأسبوع الثالث للدورة الـ52 لمجلس حقوق الإنسان للعام 2023 والمنعقدة في جنيف.
وتعقد المجموعة عدد من اللقاءات والندوات خلال انعقاد الدورة مع عدد من السفراء وممثلي الدول والمنظمات الدولية تستعرض خلالها تقارير عن الانتهاكات التي تمارسها ميليشيا الحوثي شمال اليمن وعن الحالة الإنسانية التي يعيشها سكان المحافظات الجنوبية ، وتعد مشاركة المجموعة في اعمال المجلس ضمن اطارها الحقوقي التي تتبنى فيه الدفاع عن الحريات ورصد الانتهاكات ضد المدنيين والصحفيين وكافة شرائح المجتمع.
